Payments are accepted via cash, credit or debit card.
Cheques can also be accepted, however please note that this will slow down the supply of goods as all payments must be cleared before the products are released.
All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling. Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. The prices shown on the website are constantly updated. However, prices are sometimes liable to changes beyond our control. If the cost of your order differs from the prices on the website, we will contact you either by telephone or letter to request your instructions.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price without prior warning.
If you believe the item you have purchased from ourselves is defective, please contact us so that we can advise you on the best course of action. Most appliances will need to be inspected in your home to ascertain the nature of the problem. If the item is found to be faulty, Roy Waring or the Manufacturer's service agent will attempt to remedy the problem at your home under the terms of the Manufacturer's warranty.
In the event that an engineer deems the item to be replaced, Roy Waring South Limited or the Manufacturer will arrange an exchange and uplift of the faulty product. If a suitable exchange cannot be arranged, Roy Waring South Limited will offer a refund for the goods.
All items are subject to availability. We can only guarantee availability while stocks last. If the goods ordered become unavailable, we will contact you with suggestions of alternative goods of equivalent quality and price where possible.
Any dates we specify for delivery of goods ordered are approximate and we shall accept no liability for losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.
GUARANTEES (APPLIANCE SALES)
All our goods come with a full Manufacturer's guarantee of a minimum of 12 months.
Bosch, Neff and Siemens offer a free 2nd year warranty on most appliances once you have registered your purchase. All goods comply with all applicable legislation and customers are reminded that their statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
Under the distance selling laws the customer is entitled to return items within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned in the original packing and condition. The consumer has a responsibility of care for the product and the safe return of the item/s. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Cancellation of products will only be accepted in writing and within the 7 day period.
The company reserves the right to recover the direct costs for the collection of any goods not returned within 30 days.
Any refunds will be made within 30 days of the receipt of cancellation.
